These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the winmry platform, operated at the domain winmry.cam ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). winmry provides online casino gaming, sports betting, live dealer games, and related entertainment services to eligible users ("you", "the Player", "the User") in accordance with applicable international gaming standards.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and winmry.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. winmry reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and any amendments will take effect upon publication on this page.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" — the winmry website, mobile-optimised interface, and any associated services accessible via winmry.cam.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" — any individual who registers an account on the Platform and/or uses its services.
• "Account" — the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" — the sum of real-money funds held within a Player's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a Player subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions as set out in individual promotion pages.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the multiple of a bonus amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity verification process through which winmry confirms a Player's identity, age, and eligibility.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, including jurisdictions specifically excluded by winmry's licensing conditions.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency of the Platform.
• "USDT" / "BTC" — Tether (USD Tether) and Bitcoin, accepted cryptocurrencies for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on winmry, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person of legal capacity and are not under legal guardianship or incapacity that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of a winmry employee or affiliate, where such participation creates a conflict of interest.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not knowingly using funds obtained through illegal activity for any deposits on the Platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from winmry or been subject to a permanent account closure by winmry.

winmry reserves the right to request documentation to verify any of the above eligibility conditions at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Registration on winmry is subject to the following terms:

4.1 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account (whether personally or through a third party) constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in all associated Accounts being permanently closed and any Account balances being forfeited.

4.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and country of residence. You must update this information promptly if it changes. winmry accepts no liability for issues arising from incorrect information provided by a Player.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify winmry support immediately via live chat.

4.4 KYC Verification

winmry may require Players to complete KYC verification at any stage, including at registration, upon withdrawal requests, or when unusual account activity is detected. Accepted KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Withdrawal processing may be suspended until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

winmry accepts deposits via the following approved Malaysian payment methods:

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for MYR transactions and USDT 50 for cryptocurrency deposits, unless otherwise specified in a promotion. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to periodic review.

5.2 Deposit Processing

E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow are typically credited to your Account instantaneously. FPX bank transfers are generally processed within 5 to 15 minutes, subject to bank processing times. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations, which may take 5 to 30 minutes depending on network congestion.

5.3 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. winmry does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not correspond to the Account holder's identity, winmry reserves the right to hold the deposit pending investigation and return funds to the originating account.

5.4 Currency

The Platform's primary currency is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, as determined by winmry's payment processors. winmry is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw funds, Players must have successfully completed KYC verification. Pending withdrawal requests may be placed on hold if KYC documentation has not been received or is under review.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and are subject to a Player's VIP tier level.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

winmry aims to process withdrawal requests for verified accounts within 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. Processing times may vary during peak periods, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

6.4 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible, as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. winmry reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

6.5 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Where Bonus Funds are present in your Account, withdrawal requests will only be processed once all applicable wagering requirements attached to those bonus funds have been satisfied, unless a Player elects to forfeit the remaining bonus and proceeds under standard withdrawal terms. Please review the specific terms attached to each promotion before accepting bonus offers.

winmry offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated alongside individual promotional offers.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus using multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum deposits, valid game categories, and expiry dates are specified on the relevant promotion page.
• winmry reserves the right to void bonus credits and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, or systematic misuse of promotions.
• Bonus credits will expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus credits are forfeited automatically.
• winmry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where required by applicable regulatory conditions.
• The wagering contribution of each game category towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements is specified in the relevant promotion terms. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots.

All bets placed on winmry are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. winmry does not accept requests to cancel or reverse bets that have been accepted by the Platform.
• winmry reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, incorrectly priced market, or where collusion or fraud is suspected.
• In the event of a disputed outcome in live sports betting, winmry's decision, based on available official data sources, shall be final and binding.
• Maximum bet limits apply and may vary by game, sport, or event. These limits may be adjusted without prior notice for any account.
• Minimum bet amounts are stated within the individual game or betting market interface.
• winmry reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any account at its sole discretion, including where patterns of systematic exploitation of odds are detected.
• For live casino games, bets placed after the dealer announces "no more bets" will not be accepted and will be returned to the Player's Account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winmry Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or on behalf of a person under 21.
• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same name or an alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using stolen payment credentials or payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating in live games or sports betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be returned.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through coordinated multi-account activity ("bonus abuse").
• Engaging in any conduct that winmry reasonably believes constitutes money laundering, fraud, or is related to criminal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards winmry staff or other Players.

All content on the winmry Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, imagery, game content, user interface designs, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of winmry or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without express written authorisation from winmry.

The "winmry" name, logo, and associated trademarks are proprietary to winmry. Unauthorised use of any winmry trademark or brand asset is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winmry shall not be liable for:

• Any losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise.
• Disruptions to the Platform caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, cyberattacks, or government action.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers, including Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, or blockchain network congestion.
• Any errors in game outcomes resulting from third-party game software providers, provided that winmry takes reasonable steps to rectify material errors upon discovery.
• Loss of data, financial loss, or reputational harm resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their own Account credentials.

winmry's total aggregate liability to any Player shall in no event exceed the value of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory applicable law.

winmry provides the following responsible gambling tools, available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account via Account settings or by contacting support.
• Session Limits — restrict your playing session duration to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you will be unable to log in or deposit.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period and are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
• Reality Checks — periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net win/loss position.

winmry is strictly for players aged 21 and above only. This restriction is enforced at the point of registration and on an ongoing basis.

winmry reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for illegal purposes.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction by a payment service provider in connection with the Player's Account.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or cooling-off requests.
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring Account closure.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Player, any funds in the Account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation. Where an Account is closed for operational or regulatory reasons that are not attributable to Player misconduct, the Account balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting winmry support via live chat. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled and any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

winmry collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is retained for the duration of the Account's existence and for such further period as required by applicable anti-money laundering and financial record-keeping regulations.

winmry does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC verification partners, payment service providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. For full details of data handling practices, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which winmry holds its operating licence. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable local law in a Player's jurisdiction, the more restrictive provision shall apply to the extent required by law.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account transaction, or Platform functionality, Players must contact winmry support in the first instance via live chat. winmry undertakes to investigate and respond to complaints within 5 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, winmry will advise the Player of available escalation options in accordance with its licensing obligations.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a Player from seeking legal recourse through competent courts where statutory rights are engaged that cannot be contractually excluded.

winmry reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, winmry will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at winmry.cam/terms-conditions.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
